Questions artists ask us
01Do I keep the rights to my music?
Yes. You keep ownership of your recordings. We distribute them on your behalf under the agreement you accept when you submit a release.
02Can I use my own UPC and ISRC codes?
Yes. Enter your existing codes when you create the release. We check the format and flag duplicates before submission.
03How long does a release take to go live?
Submit at least a week before your release date. Every release is reviewed first, then delivered to each store; store processing times vary, and you can follow the status per store in your dashboard.
04How do royalties and payouts work?
We import store reports, match earnings to your tracks and post them to your balance. You get statements in the dashboard and can request a payout to your verified bank account once you reach the minimum amount.
05Can I split earnings with collaborators?
Yes. Add collaborators to a release with their percentage. Once everyone accepts, their share of future earnings goes to their own balance.
06I run a label. Can I manage several artists?
Yes. Label plans let you manage your artist roster, releases and earnings from one account.
